Do you get the feeling as if we are living between two worlds? I feel like I am not quite who I used to be, yet not fully certain in who I am becoming. And when I think of all the changes around the world, it seems it isn’t just personal, it’s collective.
It’s as if life itself has placed us in this strange, suspended space, between the old and the new, the known and the unseen. Personally, I feel like I’m walking with one foot in the version of me that once operated through familiar patterns and expectations, and the other foot in a newer, freer version of myself that is still in the process of forming. It can be scary when I am not living in the present. Regular mindfulness meditations can help us live in the now,the only place where we truly have the power to create. They remind us to pause, breathe and be grateful for how far we have come.
It seems that the whole world is standing at this threshold. The old systems, beliefs, and ways of being are crumbling. The new ones are still finding their voice and their grounding in greater consciousness, compassion, and authenticity. We, humanity, are wobbling between two realities, one driven by fear and control, and another that is learning to lead from love and trust. It’s no wonder many are finding it disorienting.
In times like these, I remind myself that what feels like waiting or uncertainty is often divine timing at work. Just like the butterfly that must remain in the cocoon until its wings are strong enough to carry it, we too are being strengthened in ways we can’t yet see.
Divine timing does work with our clocks or calendars, but with our energetic readiness. The process of transformation can bring confusion, doubt and even discomfort but these are all part of the choreography of our karmic dance of life.
The same is true for our planet. We are collectively shedding the skin of old paradigms and birthing a consciousness of unity. Beneath the surface of chaos, there is an unraveling of authenticity. The new world is emerging from within us. It is important to honour our own transformation patiently and courageously, and in that, we help the collective one unfold in grace.
Let us breathe, trust, and keep journeying between worlds toward wholeness.
