"Energetics of letting go"

There comes a point in every healing journey when we realize that pain isn’t something to escape but rather it’s something to understand. The ache we feel from dis-ease, after loss, disappointment, or change is not some sort of a punishment. It's an indication or nudge to go inwards and combine the pain with the soul or spirit and ask, is this mine? and what or where is the root of it? Sooner or later in the stillness, you will get an answer or message from the higher self, the spirit within.
For a long time, I tried to “move on” from pain as though healing meant erasing anything that hurt. But what I’ve learned, again and again, is that pain transforms us only when we allow it to open us. When we stop resisting the ache and begin to really pay attention, tune in and listen to it, we allow something extraordinary to happen. The human ache begins to turn into soul alignment, revealing a deeper transformation into authenticity.
Often pain arises from anytime whereby we have not allowed ourselves or not been permitted by others, to truly be or express who we are. When we release something, whether it is a person, a story, a version of ourselves, our entire energetic field shifts. The body exhales differently and the heart softens and opens to love. Any feelings of heaviness or cloudiness begin to lift and the aura is lighter again.
Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting or abandoning love. It means freeing love from form and allowing the energy to move where it needs to go, to return to Source, to rebalance, to circulate. Oftentimes this release comes with tears and sometimes with silence. Sometimes with a sudden peace that feels almost like an embrace from Divine grace. But always, it’s the soul aligning itself with Truth.
In these moments, we don’t lose anything real, we simply stop gripping onto what has already transformed. And in that unclenching, our vibration rises, we become more fluid, more spacious, more available for life.
The true purpose of letting go is beyond detachment, it’s alignment. It’s remembering that everything we love deeply is already part of our soul.
In that painful release, pause. Place a hand on your heart.Trust that the energy will find where it needs to be.In that trust, you reconnect with soul peace. Nothing real can be lost.
And the result?Instead of falling apart, your mind and body fall into alignment.
Are you holding onto any hurt or pain mentally, emotionally or physically? If so, what is it trying to teach you or realign you within?
Meditation is an important tool to move us from human ache to soul alignment.
