"Triggers are teachers"

Triggers are like uninvited guests, they can often be frustrating, inconvenient, and unwelcome. Yet when we get triggered, it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with us, or even with the trigger itself. More often, our reactions of anger or defensiveness reveal how dependent we still are on the outer world such as on people, situations, or circumstances for our sense of inner peace.

The truth is, triggers are not the problem; they are the path to transformation. Sitting with discomfort instead of reacting expands our capacity for peace.

Many of us have, at some point in life, experienced not being seen, not being enough, or not feeling safe, whether within the family, in relationships, or at work. As a result, part of the self learns that love must be earned, and it panics when it senses love or acceptance being withdrawn. But every time we choose awareness over reaction, we reclaim a little piece of our inner power.

Triggers are the soul’s wake-up call, waking us from old stories of pain so we can live more consciously in the now.

So, when we feel that familiar tightening, that emotional charge rising like a storm within, the best response is not to rush to fix it or flee from it, but to take a breath. Sit quietly. Listen to your higher self. In that stillness, the trigger transforms into an inner teacher, guiding us back home to our true selves.

The time has come to reclaim our power from old wounds and forgotten stories of the past. The human body, along with our consciousness, is upgrading to the next level. We are expanding our capacity to hold more light, peace, and presence.
